Workers Compensation Audits:

Your insured will be contacted directly by the carrier for payroll information. Audits are conducted annually or after the expiration of a policy term. Failure to communicate with the auditor will result in an estimate audit. Disputes should be directed to the Audit department in writing explaining the reason for the dispute along with supporting documentation.
Commercial Specialty Audits:
Your insured will be contacted directly by the carrier for audit information based on the type and class of coverage. Failure to communicate with the auditor may result in an estimated audit or direct notice of cancellation if coverage is still in force. Disputes should be directed to the Commercial Specialty (E&S) Underwriting department explaining the reason for the dispute along with supporting documentation.
