Non-Renewal Notices:

Notices are mailed directly to the insured from the carrier for workers' compensation policies. We will at that time make an effort to forward this information to our agent. For Commercial Specialty (E&S), non-renewal notices are mailed directly to the insured by our office. We will fax a copy of the notice to our agent. At time of cancellation due to non-renewal notice, we will advise the agent if we should have another market for the account.
